Responsibilities
- Manage daily office tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing invoices for laundry services.
- Maintain inventory records for detergents, cleaning supplies, and steam‑iron equipment, ensuring stock levels are optimal.
- Coordinate shift schedules for laundry staff, handling requests for days off and ensuring coverage for the Monday‑Saturday workweek.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in‑person, providing clear information about service pricing, turnaround times, and special requests.
- Operate and maintain the steam iron (or learn to do so), assisting with high‑volume ironing tasks during peak periods.
- Prepare daily and weekly financial reports, track cash flow, and reconcile payments with the bookkeeping system.
- Support the team by transporting small loads of laundry or supplies using a motorbike when needed.
- Assist in implementing and improving the store’s management system, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow.
- Promote a safe and clean workplace by following hygiene protocols and reporting any equipment issues promptly.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on customer service excellence, inventory control, and the use of new laundry technologies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (maximum 0 years of experience required, making this an entry‑level opportunity).
- Gender: Open to all genders; the position includes a women‑only locker facility.
- Experience: No prior work experience mandatory, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with store management software, and the ability to learn steam‑iron operation.
- Mobility: Ability to ride a motorbike for short trips around the facility.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork orientation, attention to detail, problem‑solving aptitude, and a proactive attitude.
- Availability: Willing to work the scheduled hours of 08:00‑17:00, Monday through Saturday, with occasional flexibility for extended shifts up to 20:00 when demand spikes.
