Introduction

Adira Finance, one of Indonesia’s leading multi‑finance institutions, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to join our growing team in Sungai Danau, Kalimantan. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting vehicle financing solutions, building strong relationships with customers, and supporting the company’s ambitious growth targets in the automotive financing market.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct direct and telephone‑based marketing of vehicle financing products to prospective borrowers.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the entire sales funnel, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Manage and optimise existing distribution channels, including dealer networks, online platforms, and partner agencies.
  • Perform on‑site consumer surveys to understand financing needs, creditworthiness, and market trends.
  • Prepare and present tailored financing proposals that align with customers’ purchasing power and vehicle preferences.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with Adira Finance’s credit policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the credit assessment team to expedite loan approvals and improve turnaround time.
  • Provide regular performance reports to the regional sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, product workshops, and market briefings to stay current with industry developments.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) – graduates from all disciplines are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Gender: Female (as specified for this position).
  • At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related financial services role; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also considered.
  • Solid understanding of multi‑finance business processes and a strong orientation toward achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High degree of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Proficiency in sales‑management tools, MS Office, and basic CRM software.
  • Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office that corresponds to the candidate’s domicile.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
