Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and target‑driven Freelance Marketing professional to promote motorbike financing solutions to the payroll customers of Bank CIMB Niaga across the Jabodetabek region. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on field work, enjoy building relationships, and have a strong passion for achieving sales objectives. As a freelance marketer, you will operate with autonomy while collaborating closely with our internal sales and credit teams to expand the reach of our motor credit products.
Responsibilities
- Exclusive Sales Outreach: Market and sell motorbike credit products specifically to the bank’s payroll customer base, aiming to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Administration Management: Accurately enter, track, and process credit applications using our internal system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with credit policies.
- Market Development: Conduct strategic visits to corporate offices, employee lounges, and motorbike enthusiast communities; leverage existing databases to identify and nurture new leads.
- Reporting & Strategy: Participate in regular evaluation meetings, present sales performance, and implement tactics directed by the Sales Manager to maximize results.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide consultative support to prospects, explain financing terms, and follow up post‑approval to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
- Risk Evaluation: Perform basic credit risk assessments and collaborate with the credit department to streamline approval processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting motorbike financing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑45 years, open to all genders.
- Strong persuasive communication skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
- High discipline, self‑motivation, and a proactive work ethic.
- Excellent mobility – comfortable traveling throughout Jabodetabek for client visits.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred (urgent hiring).
- Proficiency in adapting to new technologies and handling diverse stakeholder interactions.
- Basic understanding of credit law, portfolio management, and risk evaluation.
- Skills in public speaking, negotiation, market analysis, and sales data interpretation.
