Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Teknisi Ahli – Spesialis Perawatan dan Perbaikan Peralatan to join our dynamic automotive service team. This role focuses on the customization and maintenance of vehicle lighting, audio systems, and window films, ensuring each customer receives top‑quality service and a personalized driving experience. The ideal candidate will combine hands‑on technical expertise with strong communication skills to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and execute installations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform custom installation, repair, and tuning of vehicle lighting systems, including LED, HID, and decorative lamp setups.
- Diagnose, install, and fine‑tune automotive audio equipment such as head units, amplifiers, speakers, and subwoofers.
- Apply, trim, and maintain high‑quality window films for glare reduction, UV protection, and aesthetic enhancement.
- Conduct pre‑installation inspections, create detailed work orders, and ensure all components meet manufacturer specifications.
- Provide on‑site troubleshooting and repair for electrical wiring, grounding issues, and compatibility problems.
- Maintain a clean, organized workshop environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining technical details in clear language and offering recommendations for upgrades.
- Document all services performed, update inventory logs, and submit daily reports to the service manager.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging automotive technologies, trends in custom lighting, audio trends, and film materials through continuous learning and training.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional events and showcase custom installations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for automotive customization are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to work on custom lamp installations, automotive audio systems, and window films.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, customer‑service orientation, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Physical Capability: Ability to handle tools, lift moderate weight, and work in various lighting conditions.
- Availability: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
