Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Administrasi Operasional Perusahaan to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that daily operational processes run smoothly, supporting both the administrative backbone and the strategic initiatives of the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with department heads, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability in all administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office documentation, including contracts, invoices, and internal reports, ensuring all records are up‑to‑date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate daily operational schedules, monitor project timelines, and assist in the preparation of performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Facilitate communication between departments by handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, processing procurement requests and liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support human resources functions such as onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll preparation.
  • Track and reconcile financial transactions, prepare basic financial statements, and collaborate with the finance team on budgeting activities.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, training sessions, and workshops, handling logistics and participant coordination.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement, proposing innovative solutions to streamline administrative workflows.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or operational support role is preferred, though motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
