Responsibilities
- Promote and market vehicle financing products both face‑to‑face and via telephone, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Manage and optimize existing distribution channels, including dealer networks and digital platforms, to maximize outreach.
- Conduct thorough consumer surveys to assess creditworthiness, understand customer needs, and tailor financing proposals.
- Prepare and present financing proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to expedite approval processes while adhering to risk guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, regularly reporting performance to senior management.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries, handling documentation, and ensuring timely loan disbursement.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, regulatory changes, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree) in any field; candidates with a high school diploma (SMA) are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the posting).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing, automotive sales, or a related B2C sales environment. Fresh graduates may apply if they show strong potential.
