Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Supervisor Pengawasan Operasional dan Kualitas to join our fast‑growing Food & Beverage (F&B) division. This role is pivotal in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, that product quality meets the highest standards, and that our guests experience consistent service excellence. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between frontline staff and senior management, providing hands‑on leadership, continuous process improvement, and rigorous quality monitoring across all shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant and kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health‑safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular quality audits on food preparation, presentation, and service delivery, documenting findings and initiating corrective actions.
  • Coordinate shift schedules, manage workforce allocation, and guarantee adequate staffing levels for peak and off‑peak periods.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on proper hygiene practices, customer interaction techniques, and efficient workflow management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock rotation, and collaborate with the procurement team to minimize waste while maintaining product freshness.
  • Analyze operational data (e.g., service speed, order accuracy, customer feedback) to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
  • Maintain open communication channels with kitchen chefs, floor managers, and the quality assurance department to resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as labor cost, food cost, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company policies regarding uniform standards, punctuality, and professional conduct.
  • Participate in the development and revision of standard recipes, portion controls, and cost‑control measures to boost profitability.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; candidates must present themselves in a neat, professional manner.
  • Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday).
  • Prior experience in the F&B industry is highly valued, especially in supervisory or quality‑control roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language proficiency is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP), sanitation, and hygiene practices.
  • Proficiency with common office software for reporting (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace).
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
