Introduction

The Administrator Tata Usaha Perusahaan plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a modern educational institution. This position is responsible for maintaining efficient administrative processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and enhancing the school’s digital presence through social media and multimedia content. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, proofread, and dispatch official correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems to guarantee quick retrieval of records.
  • Support basic student administration and simple financial tasks such as fee recording and expense tracking.
  • Manage the school’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), creating and scheduling posts that highlight school events, achievements, and announcements.
  • Capture high‑quality photographs and video footage of school activities, ceremonies, and extracurricular programs.
  • Edit photos and videos using industry‑standard software to produce engaging content for newsletters, websites, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and external partners to gather information needed for reports and promotional material.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of school events, ensuring all logistical paperwork and documentation are complete.
  • Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Age: 20‑24 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
  • Gender: Open to all genders; the role specifically welcomes Muslim women applicants.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative or office experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Experienced in managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
