Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Staf Administrasi Cabang dan Pengelolaan Dokumen to join our growing team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our branch office runs smoothly, that all documents are accurately filed and readily accessible, and that internal processes align with corporate standards. The ideal candidate will be a motivated female professional with a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, a willingness to learn, and a reliable motorbike for occasional off‑site tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize physical and digital document archives, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and electronic communications.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on branch activities, inventory levels, and administrative performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow, such as finance for invoice processing and HR for employee records.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders and tracking usage to prevent shortages.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking venues, and preparing meeting minutes for the branch manager.
  • Support customer service initiatives by handling inquiries, updating client information, and maintaining relationship logs.
  • Conduct regular audits of document storage areas to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Provide backup support for other administrative staff during peak periods or staff absences.
  • Utilize basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace) to create spreadsheets, presentations, and database entries.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Prior administrative experience preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
  • Transportation: Own a motorbike and possess a valid SIM C license for occasional field visits.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving abilities; high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Availability: Able to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in basic office software; willingness to learn document management systems.
