Introduction

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of an associate degree (D3/D4), be under 30 years of age, and demonstrate a solid foundation in sales, customer relationship management, and credit processing. While recent graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with at least one year of relevant experience will have a competitive edge.

Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell Adira Finance’s product suite—including personal loans, vehicle financing, and consumer credit—to both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various distribution channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collect and verify initial customer data, complete necessary documentation, and submit credit applications in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, liaising with underwriting teams to obtain timely decisions, and communicate outcomes clearly to dealers and customers.
  • Provide customers with detailed information on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional requirements they must fulfill.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including marketing, underwriting, and service—to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact sales tactics.
  • Represent Adira Finance at local events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 (all majors) or D4; candidates from any discipline are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the hiring policy).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales or credit‑related role; fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for client visits.
  • Proficiency in sales management (B2C), customer‑centric communication, and target‑driven performance.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
