Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door visits to residential neighborhoods, presenting MyRepublic’s internet and cable TV packages and explaining the benefits of our high‑speed, reliable services.
  • Identify potential customers, qualify leads, and maintain a pipeline of prospects using a systematic sales approach.
  • Perform product demonstrations on‑site, showcasing speed tests, streaming quality, and value‑added features such as unlimited data and premium channels.
  • Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist new subscribers with the activation process, guiding them through equipment setup, account creation, and first‑time usage tips.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs of visits, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the company’s CRM system.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, role‑playing exercises, and performance reviews to continuously improve selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical support teams to relay customer feedback, service issues, and market insights.
  • Represent MyRepublic at community events, local fairs, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Must possess a valid Indonesian identity card (KTP) and provide a photocopy.

    • Photocopy of latest diploma or graduation certificate

  • Own a reliable personal vehicle and a functional Android smartphone for navigation, client communication, and mobile reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel extensively within Padang and nearby districts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑service orientation, and basic analytical ability to assess sales data.
  • No prior sales experience required; we provide comprehensive onboarding and training.
