Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and present live shopping sessions, product demonstrations, and special promotional events.
- Engage viewers through interactive Q&A, polls, and real‑time comments, creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to align broadcast content with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Maintain a professional on‑camera presence, including clear articulation, confident body language, and appropriate pacing.
- Monitor live‑stream analytics and audience feedback to adjust presentation style and improve performance for future sessions.
- Ensure technical readiness by testing equipment (camera, microphone, lighting) and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the broadcast.
- Manage product inventory cues, timing cues, and promotional codes to meet sales targets and promotional deadlines.
- Document each broadcast with post‑event reports, highlighting key metrics, successful tactics, and areas for improvement.
- Stay up‑to‑date with trends in live commerce, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep our broadcasts fresh and competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a higher qualification is a plus.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior professional experience required; fresh talent with a strong passion for live broadcasting is welcomed.
- Confident, expressive, and creative on camera, with a natural ability to capture audience attention.
- Well‑groomed appearance and a presentable personal style.
- Excellent verbal communication and public‑speaking skills; fluency in Indonesian and basic English is advantageous.
- Honest, detail‑oriented, and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to meet performance targets and work under tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of live‑shopping platforms (Shopee Live, TikTok Live) is considered a strong plus.
- Active Instagram and TikTok usernames with a demonstrable follower base or content creation experience.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
