Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our expanding team in Lamandau, Kalimantan. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting our product portfolio to both existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of credit applications and distribution channels, ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
- Proactively offer and demonstrate the company’s product range to existing clients and prospect new customers, tailoring presentations to meet specific needs.
- Secure orders through the company’s distribution channels by gathering initial data, conducting thorough verification, and completing all required customer documentation and credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, maintaining constant communication with dealers and customers to relay approval status, pending items, or any required actions.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and designated payment locations, ensuring clarity and preventing misunderstandings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, order statuses, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and logistics teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and delivery timelines.
- Provide regular market feedback, identifying emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for product improvement.
- Attend weekly sales meetings, present performance metrics, and propose strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field); fresh graduates are welcome.
- Maximum age: 30 years, though the primary focus is on capability and experience.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within the same industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and a reputation for honesty.
- Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Key competencies: sales management, customer‑oriented mindset, persuasive selling techniques, and a clear understanding of sales targets.
