Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Dapur – Operasional Persiapan Makanan & Kebersihan to join our fast‑growing hospitality team. This full‑time position is based in a modern kitchen environment that serves a high‑volume restaurant and catering operation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in preparing food, maintaining strict hygiene standards, and supporting the overall smooth running of kitchen operations.
Working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a stable routine while providing ample opportunity for skill development in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to menu specifications, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food items are stored correctly, monitor stock levels, and assist with inventory checks.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, including daily deep‑cleaning of workstations, utensils, and surfaces.
- Adhere to food safety regulations (HACCP, local health codes) and conduct regular self‑inspections.
- Assist chefs and senior kitchen staff with plating, garnishing, and final quality checks before service.
- Support waste‑reduction initiatives by properly labeling leftovers, rotating stock, and minimizing food loss.
- Communicate proactively with teammates to ensure a coordinated workflow during peak service periods.
- Participate in routine training sessions to stay current with new recipes, equipment, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18–25 years.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client’s operational needs).
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a food‑service or kitchen environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen tools, cooking techniques, and basic food‑preparation processes.
- Strong willingness to learn, high commitment, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow within it.
- Excellent personal hygiene and the ability to follow strict cleaning protocols.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
