Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be the face of our stand, ensuring every visitor receives friendly, efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and product quality. Key duties include:
- Greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and recommending menu items based on customer preferences.
- Preparing a variety of beverages—such as tea, coffee, juices, and specialty drinks—according to standardized recipes.
- Handling cash transactions, operating the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and issuing accurate receipts.
- Monitoring inventory levels, restocking supplies, and communicating low‑stock alerts to the store manager.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including regular sanitisation of equipment and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth shift transitions and covering peak‑hour traffic efficiently.
- Participating in regular training sessions on new product launches, customer service excellence, and health‑safety protocols.
- Providing feedback on customer trends and suggesting improvements to menu offerings or service processes.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑25 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders, but the position specifically prefers a hijab‑wearing female who is unmarried, reflecting our cultural sensitivity for certain locations.
- Availability: No commitments to school or other employment during scheduled shift hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Physical fitness: Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 15 kg, and perform tasks that require mobility across different stand locations.
- Core attributes: Honesty, friendliness, quick thinking, strong work ethic, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
- Team orientation: Willingness to work collaboratively and adapt to any stand placement within the Kabat branch network.
