Introduction

The role is based in Indonesia and follows a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00). Candidates must hold at least a D3/D4 qualification and possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, garnish, and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with Accor’s quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, including regular inventory checks and accurate record‑keeping of liquor, mixers, and glassware.
- Engage with guests proactively, offering personalized drink recommendations, answering menu questions, and ensuring each guest leaves satisfied.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff, wait‑staff, and management to coordinate service during peak periods and special events.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible‑service‑of‑alcohol policies, including ID verification and monitoring guest consumption.
- Participate in regular training sessions, tastings, and product knowledge workshops to stay current on emerging trends and new cocktail concepts.
- Handle cash transactions, process POS orders accurately, and reconcile end‑of‑shift receipts.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal drink menus, promotional events, and guest‑engagement initiatives that align with Accor’s brand values.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or equivalent).
- Age: No upper limit; candidates of all ages are welcome.

- Professional experience: At least 1‑2 years in a bar, restaurant, or hotel beverage service role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
