Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee all branch activities, ensuring smooth workflow for Business Officers (BO), administrative staff, and cashiers. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Team Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor BOs and subordinate staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Business Development: Identify new market opportunities within the micro‑finance sector, set realistic targets, and coordinate with Area and Branch Managers to achieve growth objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Implement SOP‑based monitoring tools, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and present key insights to senior management.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external issues, coordinating with the head office to resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all branch activities comply with regulatory standards and internal risk policies, conducting regular audits as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community partners, and local authorities to enhance the branch’s reputation.
- Resource Management: Manage branch assets, including cash handling, inventory, and the maintenance of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and valid driver’s license (SIM).
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in micro‑finance or related financial services, with proven managerial responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Possession of a two‑wheel vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM).
- Gender: Open to all candidates; age maximum 35 years.
