Responsibilities
- Perform thorough hair washing and creambath procedures, ensuring each client feels refreshed and pampered.
- Deliver professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application according to Christopher Salon standards.
- Execute reflexology massages that promote relaxation and well‑being, using appropriate pressure techniques.
- Administer a variety of salon treatments—such as facial masks, scalp therapies, and body wraps—following the brand’s proprietary protocols.
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand preferences, assess skin and hair condition, and recommend suitable services or products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and adhere strictly to health‑and‑safety regulations, including proper disinfection of tools and equipment.
- Upsell complementary services and retail products, helping clients achieve optimal results while contributing to salon revenue.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery and minimal client wait times.
- Track inventory of consumables (e.g., creams, nail polish, massage oils) and notify the manager when re‑ordering is required.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, stylists, and front‑desk staff to create a seamless, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 17 – 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders; candidates must be willing to remove hijab during operational hours.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant salon experience preferred; fresh graduates will be considered and provided with full training.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule (typically 09:00 – 18:00, with occasional weekend duties).
- Commitment to a full‑time position; part‑time or concurrent studies are not permitted.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Technical skills: basic aromatherapy knowledge, proficiency with manicure tools, familiarity with massage techniques, and competence in nail‑cleaning equipment.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and a keen eye for detail in both service delivery and workspace upkeep.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand motions safely.
