Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Sales dan Marketing to lead our sales and marketing initiatives in a fast‑growing market. The successful candidate will be the face of the company, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, customer relationship management, and innovative market outreach. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and market trends.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through networking, cold‑calling, and participation in industry events.
- Lead a small team of sales representatives, providing coaching, performance feedback, and motivation to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint emerging segments, competitor activities, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable plans.
- Create and manage promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and brand‑building activities across social media, email, and offline channels.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior management review.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while safeguarding profit margins and adhering to company policies.

Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 30 years.

- Experience: At least 1 year in a sales or marketing role; experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager is a strong advantage.
