Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Order Collection (TO) Representative to join our fast‑growing distribution team. The role focuses on direct interaction with customers and retail outlets across a designated territory, ensuring product availability, driving sales, and strengthening brand loyalty. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a field‑based environment, possess strong negotiation skills, and are motivated by clear performance targets.

The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be equipped with the tools needed to succeed, including a company‑provided motorcycle and a supportive sales management structure.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily routes to visit assigned customers and retail outlets, ensuring optimal coverage of the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service and timely follow‑up.
  • Present product portfolios, demonstrate key features, and actively upsell to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor stock levels at each outlet, coordinate with the logistics team to replenish inventory, and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
  • Collect and process customer orders accurately, entering data into the CRM system in real time.
  • Prepare and submit detailed daily reports covering visit outcomes, sales figures, and any challenges encountered.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, expanding the company’s market presence within the assigned area.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiate pricing or promotional terms while adhering to company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a field sales or direct‑to‑retail role.
  • Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and personal motorcycle for field travel.
  • Strong communication and persuasive negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • Honesty, high sense of responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
  • Analytical mindset: capable of interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Adaptability: quick to learn new product lines and adjust strategies based on market dynamics.
