Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring that every dish meets the brand’s standards for taste, temperature, and visual appeal.
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, service counters, dining area, and restrooms in accordance with local health regulations.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, promotions, and specials.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, while adhering to company policies on cash handling and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to restock supplies, manage inventory, and prepare the outlet for opening and closing procedures.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries or concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Participate in routine training sessions and safety briefings to stay current on product knowledge, food safety, and service protocols.
- Support promotional events, seasonal menu launches, and community outreach activities as directed by management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat) with a valid graduation certificate or Surat Keterangan Lulus (SKL).
- Age limit: 27 years or younger.

- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late evenings (07:00 – 22:00).
- Physically fit and mentally resilient to handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong teamwork orientation with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Not currently enrolled in full‑time education (active school or university).
- Preferred soft skills: friendly demeanor, problem‑solving ability, basic math for cash handling, and a keen eye for detail.
