Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Malang. This pivotal role ensures that our warehouse operations run smoothly, supporting the manufacturing floor with timely and accurate material handling. Responsibilities
- Organize, arrange, and label all incoming and outgoing inventory to maintain a tidy, searchable warehouse layout.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders, checking type, quantity, and quality of each item before acceptance.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements using our ERP system, ensuring real‑time visibility of inventory levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits, promptly reconciling discrepancies and updating the database.
- Implement and monitor storage standards, including temperature, humidity, and safety regulations, to protect product integrity.
- Coordinate closely with the production team to anticipate material needs, schedule replenishment, and avoid production bottlenecks.
- Lead a small team of warehouse assistants, providing coaching, performance feedback, and on‑the‑job training.
- Enforce housekeeping protocols, ensuring aisles, loading docks, and storage zones remain clean and hazard‑free.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and operational KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting layout changes, process automation, or new handling equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; additional logistics or supply‑chain certifications are a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control, preferably in a production environment.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to keep records precise and maintain an orderly storage system.
- Demonstrated reliability and discipline, with a track record of meeting deadlines and adhering to SOPs.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working independently and collaborating within a team.
- Physical fitness to handle occasional lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Resides in Malang or surrounding areas and can start work immediately.
- Male candidates (as specified by the client) aged 30 years or younger.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, especially inventory management software.
