We are seeking a dedicated Guru Les Privat Profesional to join our growing team in Kebumen. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to inspire and educate children and teenagers across multiple grade levels, from kindergarten to senior high school. The ideal candidate is a passionate educator who enjoys interactive teaching, possesses strong communication skills, and can adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse learning needs of our students.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons for students ranging from TK to SMA, ensuring concepts are clear and retention is maximized.
- Develop individualized learning plans based on each student’s strengths, challenges, and academic goals.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback to students and, when appropriate, to parents.
- Maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence.
- Coordinate with fellow tutors and the academic coordinator to align teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Prepare teaching materials, visual aids, and digital resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Adhere to the scheduled teaching hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and communicate any schedule changes promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions and professional development workshops to stay current with educational trends and pedagogical techniques.
- Uphold the organization’s standards of professionalism, punctuality, and student safety at all times.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Education: Minimum D3/D4; preferably a current university student in the final semester or a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline, with a preference for education majors.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates should demonstrate the energy and enthusiasm required for active teaching.
- Experience: No prior teaching experience required; fresh graduates with a strong academic record are welcome.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in interacting with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach across multiple grade levels (TK, SD, SMP, SMA) and adapt instructional methods accordingly.
- Excellent communication, patience, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- Willingness to work according to the prescribed schedule and attend occasional extracurricular events.
- Residency within or near Kebumen is considered an advantage.
