We are looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Sales Promotor – Kredivo. In this role, you will act as the face of Kredivo, introducing merchants and consumers to our seamless payment solution, driving adoption, and helping the community enjoy flexible financing options.

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective users and merchants to understand their payment needs and recommend Kredivo as a convenient, secure payment method.
- Continuously deepen product knowledge and convey the benefits of Krediva’s “Buy Now, Pay Later” service through engaging presentations and live demonstrations.
- Conduct on‑site and virtual demos, guiding users through the app installation, registration, and transaction processes.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide clear guidance on using Kredivo’s features, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Achieve daily sales targets, track key performance indicators, and submit accurate activity reports to the regional manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants, local business owners, and other stakeholders to foster long‑term partnerships.
- Collect market feedback and relay insights to the product and marketing teams to help refine Kredivo’s offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions, team meetings, and promotional events to stay updated on new features and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Resident of Rokan Hilir or willing to relocate within the area.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Proficient with Android smartphones and basic mobile applications.
- First‑dose COVID‑19 vaccination completed.
- Flexible schedule: work days are Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 – 20:00.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Basic analytical abilities to interpret sales data and generate simple reports.
