Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Palu, Central Sulawesi. As a key liaison between our Business Channeling division and the credit processing units, you will play a vital role in ensuring that loan applications flow smoothly from initial order capture to final approval. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑moving financial services environment, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and develop a deep understanding of credit underwriting and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and promptly act on incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring no lead is missed.
  • Collect, verify, and input comprehensive consumer data and collateral details into the company’s loan management system, maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
  • Utilize web‑based order entry tools and internal software to record each transaction, adhering to established data entry standards.
  • Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) outcomes or consumer grading results, and process them according to internal guidelines.
  • Communicate credit decisions—both approvals and rejections—to applicants in a professional and timely manner, providing clear explanations and next steps.
  • Generate and forward survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to facilitate on‑site property evaluations.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales & Home Credit (SHC) team to track the status of each consumer order, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure seamless hand‑offs.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for management, highlighting order volumes, processing times, and any bottlenecks.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of the order processing workflow by suggesting system enhancements and best‑practice procedures.
  • Provide occasional support to other administrative functions, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining filing systems, and handling confidential documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field; high school diploma acceptable with strong experience.
  • At most 30 years of age; male candidates preferred as per current policy.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role within the financial services sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn proprietary loan management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, integrity, and a strong sense of confidentiality when handling personal and financial data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex credit decisions in simple terms.
  • Demonstrated sales‑orientation, including the ability to meet internal targets and support revenue‑generating activities.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities, with the flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–16:00.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments such as SHC, SOC, and Risk Assessment.
