Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Mitra Program Penawaran Denda to join our field operations team in Kuala Simpang. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in engaging with consumers who have settled their obligations, offering them convenient payment or settlement options for any outstanding fines. This position combines direct customer interaction, negotiation, and on‑site fieldwork, providing a dynamic environment for individuals who thrive on target‑driven challenges and community outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Approach and communicate with consumers who have cleared primary debts, presenting options for payment or settlement of remaining fines.
  • Conduct on‑site visits across Kuala Simpang, ensuring timely and professional coverage of assigned territories.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals, and agreements in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the central collections team to align offers with company policies and financial targets.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
  • Provide feedback on common consumer concerns and suggest improvements to the offer process.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes and negotiation techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and safety guidelines during field operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: 21 years or older; no upper age limit.
  • Valid motorcycle (Sepeda Motor) and a current SIM C driving license.
  • Strong personal integrity, resilience, and a “never give up” attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust quickly.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with proven ability to work independently and meet quotas.
  • Honesty, responsibility, and a willingness to work in a field‑based environment.
