Introduction
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our Staff Kitchen Operations Team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation practices, ensuring all work surfaces, equipment, and utensils are clean and compliant with health regulations.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating inventory, performing daily checks for freshness and proper labeling.
- Operate kitchen appliances and tools safely, including ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and slicers.
- Monitor food waste, suggest cost‑saving measures, and help manage portion control to optimize profitability.
- Support senior kitchen staff in organizing prep stations, restocking supplies, and handling rush‑hour service demands.
- Document daily production logs, report any equipment malfunctions, and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs.
- Participate in regular safety briefings, emergency drills, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing kitchen workflow.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 6 months of hands‑on experience as kitchen staff or in a related food‑service role.
- Core Skills: Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and tools safely.
- Soft Skills: Honesty, responsibility, strong teamwork orientation, and a professional, neat appearance.
- Availability: Must not be currently enrolled in any educational program.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
