Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file financial reports, invoices, and expense statements in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain organized records of operational documents, contracts, and correspondence to facilitate easy retrieval and audit compliance.
- Coordinate daily office activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling incoming communications.
- Assist the operations manager in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing performance dashboards.
- Support procurement processes by compiling purchase orders, verifying supplier invoices, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as logistics, human resources, and finance—to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Produce presentations, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support decision‑making.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and uphold data‑privacy standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings, contribute ideas for process improvement, and take initiative on special projects.
- Provide occasional overtime support during peak periods or when urgent tasks arise.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Basic understanding of financial statements and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
