Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly smile.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently, maintaining proper portion sizes and presentation standards.
- Monitor tables throughout service, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and resolve any issues that arise during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables according to company standards.
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
- Provide feedback to management on guest experiences and suggest improvements for menu items or service procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; however, the current shift requires a female candidate who can present a polished appearance.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old.
- Prior experience in food and beverage service is highly preferred, though we also consider motivated newcomers with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work hard, stay attentive, and handle multiple tables during peak periods.
- Professional appearance, including neat grooming and appropriate uniform compliance.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional overtime during special events.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
