Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of therapeutic treatments including reflexology, full‑body massage, head massage, ear therapy, and facial acupressure (totok wajah).
- Provide beauty services such as nail art, salon styling, waxing, and eyelash extensions, ensuring each service meets the brand’s high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and educate them on after‑care practices.
- Document each session accurately in the booking system, noting client preferences, treatment outcomes, and any follow‑up recommendations.
- Participate actively in the mandatory training program held in Yogyakarta, mastering both technical skills and the deWAVE service philosophy.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists, reception staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive team atmosphere.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling, including working on weekends (Monday‑Sunday) and varied shift hours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering consistent, professional, and courteous service to every guest.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent; all education levels and study fields are welcome.
- Age: 40 years or younger.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this posting, but male applicants may also be considered.
- No prior professional experience is required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Willingness to relocate and work outside of your current city of residence.
- Ability to attend a full training program in Yogyakarta and commit to the training schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best.
- Basic physical stamina to perform massages and stand for extended periods.
- Good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times.
