Introduction
The Administrator Produksi dan Pengendalian Operasional is a critical role within our manufacturing plant located in Cikande, Serang, Banten. This position supports the engineering, spare‑part, and quality control (QC) functions by maintaining accurate and timely administrative records. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the production floor and senior management, ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly reports are delivered with precision. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will interact with cross‑functional teams, utilize ERP systems, and contribute directly to the efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain engineering administration documents, including machine maintenance schedules and checklist verification.
- Process and track spare‑part administration tasks such as requisition requests (RR), receipt of goods, and generation of weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Monitor spare‑part stock levels, conduct regular audits, and follow up on all internal spare‑part requests to prevent production downtime.
- Support QC administration by organizing test records, certification documents, and non‑conformance reports.
- Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Head of Operations, highlighting key performance indicators and any deviations from plan.
- Utilize the ERP Odoo system to record transactions, update master data, and generate real‑time dashboards for production supervisors.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and warehouse teams to streamline workflow and resolve any administrative bottlenecks.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve documentation processes by recommending best practices and leveraging Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis.
Requirements
- Age: 24‑28 years (flexible based on experience).
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Advanced Microsoft Office abilities, especially Excel for data manipulation, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork, able to work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and senior managers.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Adaptability to evolving production schedules and willingness to take initiative.
