Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our growing retail team as Staff Outlet Penjualan dan Pelayanan Pelanggan (Sales & Customer Service Staff). This frontline position is based in the Genteng area and plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and maintaining the operational excellence of our outlet. The ideal candidate is friendly, disciplined, and capable of working efficiently in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product displays, ensure shelves are fully stocked, and execute visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist with stock replenishment and ordering.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Operate and maintain store equipment, including barcode scanners, cash registers, and mobile devices for on‑the‑go service.
- Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay informed about new products, promotions, and customer service techniques.
- Ride a motorbike to perform occasional off‑site deliveries or store visits within the Genteng vicinity as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: All genders accepted, though the current posting emphasizes female candidates.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Marital status: Single (preferred for shift flexibility).
- Residence: Must reside in Genteng or surrounding neighborhoods.
- Valid motorbike license and ability to ride a motorbike safely.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a friendly, approachable demeanor.
