Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven individuals to join our dynamic sales force as Promosi Sales (Rajamandala). This role is a front‑line position in the fast‑growing retail direct‑selling and canvassing sector, where you will represent the brand, build relationships with customers, and drive product adoption across a variety of channels. Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell company products through direct‑selling, door‑to‑door canvassing, and retail events.
  • Identify potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and articulate value propositions that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close sales while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain accurate daily activity logs, sales reports, and customer feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop weekly sales strategies and achieve collective targets.
  • Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current on new features, promotions, and market trends.
  • Provide post‑sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat purchases or referrals.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the field and relay market insights to the management team.
  • Uphold company branding standards, presenting a clean, approachable, and trustworthy image at all times.

Requirements

  • Male or female candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Attractive personal appearance and a confident, professional presence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets and measurable results.
  • Attention to detail, quick‑thinking, and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • High level of discipline, responsibility, and personal initiative.
  • Prior experience or strong interest in retail direct selling and canvassing is a plus.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional flexibility for events or promotions.
