Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Office Cleaning Officer (Petugas Kebersihan Kantor) to join our facilities team. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of office floors, carpets, and workstations.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as reception, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and kitchenettes.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper waste segregation according to company sustainability policies.
- Restock hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper) and report inventory shortages to the facilities supervisor.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any spills, stains, or hazards promptly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure that cleaning activities do not disrupt daily operations or compromise safety.
- Assist with occasional deep‑cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor polishing.
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning activities, equipment usage, and incident reports.
- Support special events by preparing meeting rooms and ensuring post‑event clean‑up is completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger.
- Open to all genders; however, the current posting emphasizes male candidates.
- At least 0‑1 year of experience in office or commercial cleaning (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Demonstrated traits of diligence, honesty, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety procedures.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to understand instructions and report issues clearly.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads (up to 20 kg).
