Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers or goods to designated destinations, adhering to the planned route and ensuring the security of all onboard items.
- Deliver a courteous and professional service experience in line with Bluebird’s service standards, including greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and responding to inquiries.
- Comply fully with all traffic regulations, road signs, and safety protocols while operating the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents, using the company’s digital reporting tools.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift, reporting any mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance team.
- Utilize Google Maps and other navigation apps on an Android smartphone (minimum Android 10, 4 GB RAM) to optimize routes and avoid congestion.
- Assist in occasional special assignments, such as event transportation, VIP guest handling, or urgent cargo deliveries.
- Uphold Bluebird’s brand image by maintaining a clean, presentable appearance and a well‑kept vehicle interior.
Requirements
- Age between 21 and 55 years.
- Any educational background (all levels accepted).
- Valid and active Indonesian SIM A or B driver’s license.
- Proficiency with Android smartphones (Android 10 or higher, at least 4 GB RAM) and comfortable using Google Maps for navigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service etiquette.
- Physical condition that allows safe driving; no visible tattoos or body art that conflict with company policy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts from 03:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
- Must bring a valid KTP (Identity Card) and driver’s license to the interview location.
