Introduction
Freddies Villas, a boutique luxury resort nestled in the cultural heart of Ubud, is seeking a dedicated Pelayan Wanita (Female Server) to join our hospitality team. This role is pivotal in delivering an authentic Balinese experience while maintaining the highest standards of service for our international and local guests. The successful candidate will work in a vibrant, fast‑paced environment, interacting directly with guests, supporting the food & beverage operations, and collaborating closely with housekeeping and front‑desk staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with detailed knowledge of the villa’s signature dishes and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate special dietary requirements to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of all items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and monitoring overall ambience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate service flow, ensuring dishes are presented according to the villa’s aesthetic standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating more complex concerns to the supervisor or manager as needed.
- Process payments efficiently using the point‑of‑sale system, provide accurate receipts, and manage cash handling procedures.
- Participate in daily briefings, share guest feedback, and contribute ideas for menu enhancements or service improvements.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols, including proper food handling, personal hygiene, and emergency procedures.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues during peak periods and covering shifts as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects Freddies Villas’ brand values of hospitality, authenticity, and excellence.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (associate degree or higher) in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably within a resort or high‑end restaurant setting.

- Age: Candidates up to 30 years old are preferred, though we consider all qualified applicants.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
