Introduction
Warkolas is expanding its footprint and is looking for a dynamic Bar Supervisor – Pengelola Operasional Bar to lead one of our bustling outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, managing staff, and upholding the high standards that define the Warkolas brand.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar staff, ensuring smooth service flow from opening to closing.
- Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), health and safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and place orders for beverages, garnishes, and supplies to prevent shortages.
- Train new hires on drink preparation, customer interaction, cash handling, and bar cleanliness, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Create and manage staff schedules that align with peak business hours while respecting labor laws and employee availability.
- Handle cash reconciliation, daily sales reporting, and coordinate with the accounting department to ensure financial accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to coordinate special events, promotions, and themed nights.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and motivate the team to meet sales targets and service excellence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment, overseeing sanitation schedules and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders accepted; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Honest, responsible, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Disciplined, diligent, and serious about building a career in hospitality.
- Willingness to follow SOPs and company directives meticulously.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable operating in a lively, high‑traffic environment.
- Flexibility to be placed at any Warkolas branch that requires staffing support.
- Preferably residing near the assigned outlet for easier commute.
- Basic barista skills and familiarity with beverage preparation techniques.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
