Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a diligent Petugas Remedial – Air Haji (Pesisir Selatan) to join our local branch team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue receivables (A/R Overdue) while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, supporting the financial health of our multifinance operations across the Air Haji region.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring all payments are received within established deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with sales, underwriting, and customer service teams to verify outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct outbound calls, send reminder letters, and perform field visits when necessary to negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, updating status changes in real time.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, risk exposures, and achievement against targets.
- Identify early warning signs of delinquency and propose proactive mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to debt collection, data privacy, and consumer protection.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry best practices, negotiation techniques, and financial product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – S1 candidates are also welcome.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related financial role (new graduates with strong internships are considered).
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in B2C sales management, persuasive communication, and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, at the designated Adira Finance branch.
