Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Karyawati Outlet Kaliombo to join our growing retail team. This position is based at our outlet in the Kaliombo area, serving the vibrant communities of Kediri, Campurdarat, Bandung, and Tulungagung. As a frontline employee, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while maintaining the smooth operation of the store.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of store duties that contribute to both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Typical responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers, answering inquiries, and providing product recommendations to drive sales.
- Processing transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Managing inventory by receiving shipments, checking goods, and restocking shelves in a timely manner.
- Conducting regular price checks, labeling, and ensuring promotional displays are attractive and up‑to‑date.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment, including routine floor checks and merchandising standards.
- Coordinating with the logistics team to pick up and deliver goods when traveling between Karangrejo, Karangsono, and other designated locations.
- Reporting daily sales figures, stock discrepancies, and any incidents to the store manager.
- Participating in regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and the store management system.
- Upholding company policies on honesty, responsibility, and professional conduct at all times.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 30 years old.
- Gender: all genders are welcome.
- Current status: not enrolled as a full‑time student; if a university student, must be in semester 6 or later.
- Must own a motor vehicle for commuting and for transporting goods between outlets.
- Willingness to travel to Kediri, Campurdarat, Bandung, or Tulungagung and work shifts at Karangrejo and Karangsono.
- Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and a genuine desire to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency with a store management system and cash handling.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
