- Take accurate food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.

- Monitor tables throughout service, anticipate guest needs, and respond to requests with professionalism.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth workflow and seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and compliance with local licensing requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑25 years; no upper age limit as long as the candidate meets performance criteria.
