Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Professional Nurse with experience in Critical Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and well‑being of patients who require intensive monitoring and advanced medical interventions.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care for patients in intensive care units (ICU) or other critical care settings.
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, ventilator settings, and other life‑support equipment, promptly identifying and reporting any changes.
- Administer medications, including intravenous drugs and vasoactive agents, following strict dosage protocols and safety checks.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other multidisciplinary team members to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Perform routine and emergency procedures such as wound care, catheter insertions, and airway management.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment options, and post‑discharge care instructions.
- Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, morbidity and mortality reviews, and continuing education programs.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment, adhering to infection‑control policies and occupational health guidelines.
- Respond effectively to code situations, providing rapid and coordinated emergency care under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a nursing certification or diploma is highly preferred.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates must be physically and mentally capable of handling critical‑care duties.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 0 years of nursing experience; prior exposure to critical or acute care settings is a strong advantage.
- Core competencies: Strong communication skills, honesty, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in patient self‑care, basic life support (BLS) and preferably advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to perform effectively under high‑stress situations, including night shifts, emergencies, and rapid decision‑making scenarios.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime as patient needs dictate.
