Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Pengawas Operasional Outlet Penjualan to join our dynamic retail team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our sales outlets operate smoothly, meet performance targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be a disciplined, responsible, and humble professional who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment while communicating fluently in Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the sales outlet, ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed precisely.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets by coaching floor staff, analyzing sales data, and implementing promotional activities.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stock‑outs or overstock situations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of service satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to senior management.
  • Recruit, train, and schedule outlet staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.
  • Enforce punctuality and attendance policies, ensuring all team members adhere to the 08:00‑17:00 work schedule from Monday to Saturday.
  • Implement store‑level marketing initiatives, including product displays, in‑store promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Utilize the store management system to track transactions, manage cash handling, and reconcile end‑of‑day reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: No upper limit; candidates of any age who meet the skill criteria are welcome.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work experience: Prior sales experience is highly preferred, though fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
  • Key competencies:
    • Strong discipline regarding work hours and attendance.
    • High sense of responsibility and reliability.
    • Humility and a collaborative attitude.
    • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (both spoken and written).
    • Familiarity with retail store management systems.
  • Contract type: Fixed‑term 6‑month contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
  • Work schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
