Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers warmly upon boarding and assist with seat assignments and luggage storage.
  • Provide timely and courteous food and beverage service, ensuring all dietary requirements and special requests are met.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cabin environment throughout the flight, including regular checks of emergency equipment.
  • Demonstrate safety procedures, including evacuation briefings and the proper use of safety devices.
  • Respond promptly to passenger inquiries, resolve minor issues, and coordinate with senior crew members for complex situations.
  • Collect and report any cabin irregularities, such as malfunctioning equipment or passenger discomfort, to the flight supervisor.
  • Support turnover between flights by restocking supplies, cleaning seat trays, and preparing the cabin for the next departure.
  • Uphold the airline’s brand standards, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are core values.
  • Age: No maximum limit; candidates should be physically able to perform cabin duties.
  • Basic experience in food and beverage service is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a self‑motivated, positive attitude.

  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
