Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven SPG / SPB Penjualan XL 5G – Patik to join our sales team at the Erafone store located in a bustling commercial area of Kudus. This role focuses on promoting and selling XL’s cutting‑edge 5G services and related devices, while providing customers with clear, engaging education about the benefits of 5G technology. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on the features, advantages, and practical applications of XL’s 5G network.
  • Demonstrate and sell 5G‑enabled smartphones, data plans, and accessories to both new and existing customers.
  • Present XL and Axis product portfolios, tailoring recommendations to each customer’s usage patterns and budget.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively prospecting, following up leads, and closing deals.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of 5G technology trends, competitor offerings, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide post‑sale support, including device activation, troubleshooting, and guidance on optimal device usage.
  • Collect and record customer feedback, sales data, and market insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with the store manager and marketing team to execute in‑store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the sales floor is organized, products are displayed attractively, and all promotional materials are current.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; able to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Professional appearance and a confident, friendly demeanor.
  • Own reliable transportation and a valid, active driver’s license (SIM).
  • Smartphone with minimum 4 GB RAM for using sales and inventory apps.
  • Key skills: Customer relationship management, sales administration, sales analysis, and persuasive selling techniques.
