Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Telecollector Hybrid – Palembang. This role is critical in maintaining strong relationships with our valued Kartu Halo customers whose accounts have become overdue. By combining telephone outreach with on‑site visits, our telecollectors help recover payments while preserving the customer experience, contributing directly to the company’s financial health and brand reputation.
The position is based in the vibrant city of Palembang, offering a dynamic work environment where you will interact with diverse customers and collaborate closely with sales, finance, and customer‑service teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to Kartu Halo customers whose payment deadlines have passed, clearly explaining outstanding balances and available repayment options.
- Schedule and perform face‑to‑face visits to customers’ residences or businesses within Palembang, ensuring a personal touch that encourages timely settlements.
- Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system, noting payment commitments, objections, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate with the finance department to verify payment statuses and process received payments promptly.
- Identify patterns of recurring delinquency and provide feedback to management for potential policy adjustments or targeted customer education.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company in the field, adhering to safety and traffic regulations at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, collection best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and empathetically.
- Proficiency in operating Android devices or similar smartphones for data entry and navigation.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C driving license.
- Highly attentive to detail, honest, and accountable for meeting collection targets.
