Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including simple coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Cook, steam, or boil menu items according to standard recipes and hygiene standards.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, process payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain accurate daily cash reports and reconcile end‑of‑shift totals.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate shortages to management.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and front‑of‑house area.
- Participate in overtime shifts when needed and support team members during peak hours.
- Create engaging short‑form content for TikTok, showcasing menu items and behind‑the‑scenes moments, and assist with live streaming sessions.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations to ensure customer safety.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 25 years old or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience operating a cash register or POS system.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
- Polite, courteous demeanor with a “cheerful smile” attitude toward customers.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including steaming, boiling, and simple food preparation.
- Honesty, reliability, and strong work ethics.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new promotional tools, especially TikTok content creation.
