Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor Toko Retail (SPV) to lead our food and beverage retail outlet. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance in a fast‑paced retail environment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food‑handling standards.
- Manage inventory control, coordinate ordering, and conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage.
- Supervise, coach, and schedule a team of sales associates, cashiers, and kitchen staff, providing constructive feedback and performance evaluations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are attractive, well‑stocked, and aligned with promotional calendars.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Prepare daily sales reports, analyze key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed accurately, including end‑of‑day reconciliation and deposit preparation.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, service excellence, and food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, performing routine inspections of equipment and facilities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a high school diploma (SLTA) is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in the food and beverage retail sector, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Height requirement: minimum 160 cm for males and 155 cm for females.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and scheduling.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance, confidence in interacting with customers, and a service‑oriented attitude.
- Commitment to ongoing training and development as directed by the company.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 (minimum two‑dose regimen).
