Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Krew Dapur (Kitchen Crew) to join the bustling team at Restoran Madura in the Bangkalan district. This full‑time position offers a dynamic kitchen environment where you will play a vital role in maintaining food safety standards, supporting food preparation, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role is open to candidates of any gender who possess a minimum high school education (SMA/SMK) and at least one year of relevant kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean all dishes, workstations, cooking utensils, and storage areas in strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Wash, peel, slice, and portion raw ingredients, preparing them for immediate or later use while preserving freshness.
  • Organize, label, and store raw materials and pre‑prepared items in designated refrigeration or dry‑storage zones.
  • Assist the kitchen manager in monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and reporting shortages.
  • Follow the restaurant’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for sanitation, waste disposal, and equipment handling.
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, and commercial dishwashers safely and efficiently.
  • Support the cooking team during peak service periods by delivering prepared ingredients promptly.
  • Participate in routine kitchen inspections and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of workflow and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized at the end of each shift.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a restaurant or catering kitchen.
