Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate service to all customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and issue receipts while maintaining strict accuracy and adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
- Prepare and serve traditional Pancong and complementary beverages according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including regular table clearing, utensil washing, and surface sanitizing.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables; report low stock to the supervisor and assist with restocking as needed.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as setting up stations, checking equipment, and securing the outlet.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth shift transitions, share knowledge, and support one another during peak periods.
- Observe and enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food storage, temperature control, and personal hygiene standards.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with professionalism and a solution‑oriented attitude.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, service techniques, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 20 and 33 years; candidates must be female (per outlet policy).
- Not currently enrolled as a university student.
- At least 0–1 year of experience in food‑and‑beverage (F&B) service or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic F&B operations, including food preparation, hygiene standards, and cash handling.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly with customers, and exhibit honesty and a strong work ethic.
- Residence within reasonable commuting distance to the Gresik outlet.
- Commitment to observing the five daily prayers, reflecting the outlet’s respect for cultural and religious practices.
- Flexibility to work a 6‑hour shift schedule, typically from 16:00 to 22:00, with the possibility of occasional weekend or holiday shifts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (e.g., stock boxes).
- Basic proficiency in operating a cash register and using mobile POS applications.
