Kru Restoran & Café is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team in a variety of roles, including waitstaff, cashier, kitchen crew, barista, and outlet manager. Responsibilities

  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet, ensuring a spotless environment during opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory of raw ingredients, packaging, and consumables to guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Communicate stock levels and any shortages promptly to the outlet manager or designated supervisor.
  • Prepare and present food items according to hygiene standards, confirming that each dish meets quality expectations before it reaches the customer.
  • Schedule and execute regular deep‑cleaning and maintenance of all equipment, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Conduct periodic stock‑take (stock opname) for raw materials, packaging, and outlet supplies, documenting discrepancies.
  • Verify cash receipts against sales vouchers, ensuring accurate cash handling at the end of each shift.
  • Compile daily sales and inventory reports, providing clear data for management analysis.
  • Support team members across departments during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility and multitasking abilities.
  • Uphold the brand’s standards of service, appearance, and conduct, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age range: 19‑35 years, with no upper age limit for experienced candidates.
  • Gender: All genders are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a restaurant, café, or similar hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
  • Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a disciplined work ethic.
  • Clean and tidy appearance; visible tattoos are not permitted on shift.
  • Residence preferably within the vicinity of the outlet to ensure timely attendance.
  • Technical skills: barista proficiency, basic food‑preparation techniques, cash handling, and basic computer literacy for reporting.
  • Soft skills: multitasking, problem‑solving, persuasive communication, and a “never give up” attitude.
  • Willingness to commit to a minimum six‑month contract on a full‑time basis.
